The Think Tank on Violence Against Women and Children established by the decree No. 2008-10545 of 10 December 2008. A report analyzing the lack of attention paid to all forms of violence against women and girls emerged from the work of the think tank on violence against women and children established by decree No. 2008-10545 of 10 December 2008. This think tank made recommendations which were published in July 2009 and incorporated into the ongoing work to reform the Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure.
